*~* LJB Designs *~* When purchasing a page from LJB Designs, what you are purchasing is my time and knowledge to code the page. When purchasing a webset, you are purchasing my time and knowledge to make the graphics. Please read my terms of use before purchasing or using ANYTHING from LJB Designs. Any purchase or use of LJB Designs material signifies agreement with the following terms of use: *~* Terms of Use *~* All pages, unless otherwise agreed to in writing, MUST keep my copywrite on them. If a league page is purchased, and that league is deleted, the page may not be used for another league. If a league page is purchased, and you decide to leave the league, the page stays with the league for which it was purchased. After purchasing a league page, you may change the graphics, but the template and copywrite must remain intact. My graphics may not be used on any other page without authorization from LJB Designs. All orders must be paid in full before any work will begin. All orders must have an Order Form completed before any work will begin. For basic page/templete purchases, I will only do text changes for the first 2 days after the page is completed. Any changes after that will have an additional fee of $10.00. The final amount will depend on what changes are requested. If after ordering and receiving a main page, you change your mind about any graphics, there will be an additional $15.00 fee for the changes. All transactions must be submitted through email. No IM changes are accepted. All sales are final! NO REFUNDS! *** If at anytime it is discovered that my work is being misused, used for pornography, illegal activity, etc., or my copywrite has been removed; I will end our contract. I will then report any illegal activity to the authorities.
